Sculpture > Paper

I was fortunate to be selected as a Wingate Fellow this year at Arrowmont. Nicole Uzzell and Bryant Holsenbeck taught me how to make paper to use in creating sculpture. I have become obsessed with the cellulose content of different plants and have been handmaking paper ever since. Thanks to the food service staff and the landscaping team at Towson University I have a large selection of waste material that I have been turning into sculptures.
